Fast Facts

Returns

Tailor's International Return and Exchange Policy: Tailors International gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged merchandise purchased in our retail store or through our web store for full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase with original receipt or gift receipt (except for final sale items, see below). Returns cannot be accepted without a receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Tailor's International does not provide returns or exchanges on any items that have been worn, altered, hemmed or otherwise changed.

Delivery

Tailor's International Production starts when:1. Order is fully paid.2. Tailor had accepted all your measurements and requirements.3. Fabric is available in the shop. We require about 5 business days* wait time if the fabric chosen is imported. Imported fabrics come from several countries, mostly from Europe and we require time to receive them from our supplier partners. Please keep in touch with us at: sales@tailorsinternational.net to get a status of the delivery of the fabrics. Tailor's International has no control over shipping delays.
If there are changes to order, or if measurements and requirements need to be reviewed, production time will also be extended, even if you chose expedite production.

Expedite production option is not available during peak periods. Expedite production is different from Expedite shipping**
For suits, and jackets, production takes 30 business days. While pants and vests takes 18-21 business days to make. Please email sales@tailorsinternational.net for requests for shipment follow ups.
Standard delivery time via regular shipping takes another 10-14 business days.Expedite delivery/shipping is also available for shirt, suits/pants/jacket orders. Delivery time via expedite shipping is 5-7 business days. 
All lead times do not include weekends and holidays.

Sizing

The most important thing you can do to ensure a perfect fit at Tailor's International is to get measured properly. You can do many of the measurements yourself, but it really is much easier and better if you can get a friend or professional person to help. Did you know that most dry cleaners who offer alterations will do a professional measurement session for very low cost? And when you compare investing just a short amount of time to get your measurements done vs the time you spend returning ill-fitting clothes to retailers, it really makes more sense to get your measurements!
